Job Description

Leading Supplier of Stationery and Office Consumables in the Riverhorse Valley Area is seeking an Internal Sales Consultant/ Warehouse Coordinator to join their growing team. This role combines Internal Sales and Warehouse responsibilities. Duties will include cold calling, up-selling, maintaining and growing an existing client base, liaising with Purchasing, Credit Control and the Warehouse, confirming deadlines, following up on orders, assisting with tender documents and providing general sales support. Warehouse duties include receiving and checking stock, picking and packing customer orders, stock counts, ensuring orders are accurately prepared and supporting the Warehouse team as required. Applicants must have their matric, traceable references and at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. Candidates must have excellent attention to detail, confident communication skills with well-written and spoken English, and the ability to work under pressure. Preference will be given to candidates with previous stationery or print industry experience.
