Leading adhesive manufacturing company are seeking an experienced R&D Chemist with strong adhesive industry and manufacturing experience, ideally across solvent and water-based adhesive technologies. The successful candidate will be responsible for product formulations, research and development, product development, quality control, and laboratory activities, with a strong focus on innovation. Duties will include formulation and development of adhesive products, conducting laboratory testing and quality control activities, providing technical support and guidance to plant staff, maintaining quality standards, providing technical training, engaging with suppliers regarding raw materials, technical specifications and product performance, and collaborating closely with Production, Procurement, Quality, and Sales. The role will have technical oversight from the MNF Manager and R&D and innovation oversight from the Operations Manager, with direct interaction with Directors. Please note that the recruitment processes include both technical assessments and interviews.
