Luxury tourism and hospitality group are seeking a Travel and Logistics Coordinator, who will be responsible for coordinating and managing flights, road transfers, and occasional accommodation bookings for guests. Duties include arranging airport and inter-property transfers, liaising with airlines, travel agents, hotels and transport providers, maintaining accurate guest itineraries, coordinating special requests, managing itinerary changes and cancellations, and monitoring flights for delays or disruptions. The successful candidate will ensure all travel arrangements are communicated, while maintaining detailed booking records, assisting with travel-related payments and reconciliations, and ensuring compliance with company policies and travel requirements. Applicants should have a valid driver’s licence and own reliable vehicle, a valid passport and be willing to travel nationally and internationally when required. A qualification is advantageous, together with 3-5 years’ experience in a similar position, ideally within a Tour Operator, DMC, Travel Agent or luxury hospitality environment. Working hours are Monday – Saturday, 8am – 4pm (open to discussion, remote work on Saturday).
