Luxury tourism and hospitality group are seeking an experienced Travel and Logistics Manager to establish, manage, and grow its Logistics Department. Responsibilities include managing flight bookings and road-transfer options, overseeing transport providers, establishing efficient booking and operational systems, and implementing processes and controls. The role will also carry responsibility for the commercial performance and profitability of the department, including pricing, margins, budgeting, revenue growth and financial reporting. The successful candidate will work closely with Reservations, Finance, Operations, and the group’s properties to ensure smooth coordination and an exceptional guest experience while managing and developing the logistics team. Applicants should have a valid driver’s licence and their own reliable vehicle, a valid passport and be willing to travel nationally and internationally when required. A qualification is advantageous, together with 5-7 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally within a Tour Operator, DMC, Travel Agent or luxury hospitality environment. Working hours are Sunday – Friday, 7am – 3pm (open to discussion, remote work on Sunday).
