Demi has spent the past 14 years of her career as a Coordinator within the technical services industry, where she is responsible for coordinating and managing a team of technicians, managing incoming service calls, scheduling work, and ensuring calls are handled within the relevant SLA agreements. She liaises closely with customers, technicians, and internal departments to manage escalations and ensure efficient service delivery. Her role also includes producing productivity and SLA reports, coordinating project work, and handling a variety of administrative tasks such as processing claims, tracking leave, arranging travel, and assisting with disciplinary documentation. Demi is highly organised, customer-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment. Demi has her own car, lives in the Upper Highway area, and is available in one calendar month.
