Naomi is a Food Quality Controller with a strong background in food safety compliance, quality assurance, and packaging technology. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Consumer Science (Food & Nutrition), a Diploma in Packaging Technology, and is highly computer literate and proficient on MS Office and SAP. Naomi began her career as a Food Quality Technician Graduate, performing lab testing, microbiological sampling, sensory evaluations, shelf-life trials, and internal audits in line with HACCP, GMP, FSSC 22000, and ISO 9001 standards. She has since progressed into a senior quality role, including previous experience as an Acting Store Foods Quality Manager, where her responsibilities include conducting detailed quality control inspections for fresh produce and protein products, monitoring cold chain integrity, investigating rejections and quality deviations, managing RTV and trend reporting, maintaining audit readiness, standardising testing equipment, and training staff on food safety, hygiene, and SOP compliance. Naomi is passionate about what she does and is eager for a new challenge and to take on additional responsibilities. She lives in the Highway area, has her own vehicle, and has a 30-day notice period.
